Acnetrol AC gel is a prescription acne treatment combining Clindamycin, an antibiotic that controls acne-causing bacteria, with Adapalene, a retinoid that clears pores, prevents new breakouts, and reduces inflammation. Together they treat active acne and support long-term control.
